SCES enriches the cultural life of diverse Saskatchewan communities and provides accessible creative opportunities for:

 •    the development of emerging and professional artists to produce, present and collaborate with communities through inclusive and diverse programming,
•    children and youth learn to create, present and express themselves though the arts; and,
•    artistic experiences to captivate, stimulate and resonate with audiences of all ages.
